Acne is so freakin weird. When I was a kid I only got it
on my face. On juice I get severe breakouts on my
upper arms and deltoids. None on my face or back proper.
I get a few head zits in my hair and on my forehead but
not much.

You should seriously consider growing it out slightly atleast while you are on. The constant shaving may also be aggravating the follicles as well

Mustang I must try the Nizorol. I was using it before, it dries up the acne sometimes but this cycle is partcularly bad. It's my first time using Akrikhin Russian d/ball so I'm laying the blame right there !.
I can't grow my hair as it makes it worse again !.
And thanks for the comments on the shoulder size guys at least that makes up for something !.
