the bullets I found were all old and almost perfectly round. sort of like muzzle loading bullets, but the size of marbles. I used to shoot them in my slingshot all the time.

I will call home tomorrow and ask if there was a military base there earlier.

Never saw one of those. The bullets there were marble size and dull gray.

They had to have been there for years. After heavy rains or a hard storm you could go there and find this stuff sliding out of the mud banks.

I spent many a hours straining my preteen mussles trying to turn the three dials on these things in hope I could activate it and run throw it on Mr. Dent's front porch.
