anybody in here makes his own wine?

I been making wine now with orange juice I started 8 days ago
they say am suppose to transfer my wine in to another clean container 2 weeks after starting to get rid of the shit that settles on the bottom...
should I use a coffee filter to do that?
or should I just let it go through a tube using gravity to put it in another container?
and when I get that done should I close it tightly this time and forget about it for a few months?

Decant the liquid off the top using a siphon tube. Do not use a coffee filter.

And I believe you have to use an airlock to release pressure, even when you let the wine age. Wine isn't supposed to be carbonated.

I'm bottling my 6th batch of beer tonight. I think it's better than wine because it takes a lot less time to ferment and still comes out 12-13%. It's my first IPA so I'm geeked

I've been wanting to get into this. SD has tons of great micro breweries everywhere. One of our accountants at work has been doing this for a while and he's about to open his own brewery. He's supposed to be tapping a cherry vanilla stout soon, so I'm gonna get a growler fill of it.

I made wine before and drank it after I shook it up with the dead yeast and everything....I got drunk....but later on I saw a shadow in my room and I thought it was a thief...I was trying to get off of bed and jump on him but I couldn't move than when I was finally was able to lift my head up...I noticed that it was my computer screen so I just put my head down than all over sudden I hear a scary voice close to my ear going like heeeehhhh and immediately jumped out of my room and waited for the sun to come out so I don't have to sleep in the dark....than the next day I was shitting like crazy....it felt like I was getting stabbed repeatedly on my stomach.......than I made some more and 2 weeks later I was drinking it with my neighbor and he was like this is good...sip this is goood....than I tolled him I seen ghosts with this......than he slowly puts it down with a wide open eyes and 10 seconds later he points at it.....u seen ghosts with this???!!!

I think that white stuff was cocaine dude
