trust me you will not be able to move you legs the next day onlt tkae off 10 pounds ONCE...just say your 10 rep max is 405=5 sets at 10 reps...then 395=5 sets at 10 reps...try that on your bis with barbel curls only....have someone to help you becuase you will have to cheat and have someone help you..
