@abolone one thing i can recommend is ground your feet. put a weight under it. don't keep your foot at that angle you are actually working your legs when you do that which takes strength away
This is a absolute incorrect Q..

Leg drive utilised to push weight in the bench is totally legal in all federations minus the IPF,USAPL. Leg drive is the cheat code to benching all big benchers are heels up benchers..

powerlifting is moving the weight as fast as possible from point a to point b. We're not looking for mass muscle growth here. Different sport.


Placing a weight underneath my foot will not be allowed during competition, there’s rules which must be followed and federations Differ.

Day 3 deadlifts,

deadlifts 1x4 @ 250kg
Backdowns 2x4 @ 230kg
SSB 2x6 @ 120kg
Back extensions 3x8 + 20kg
Chin ups 4x6 + 10kg

Fairly hard session today and heavy week one, this is the start of my offseason block. Rough start lol but i did get the job done... all reps hit and accessory work complete @UGL OZ keeping me powered healthy and driven for my next comp.... Platinum Testosterone Enanthate @ 250mg pw really doing well for me, but i do miss tren lifes better on TREN. ok day 4 tomorrow hope you all well and smashing goals peace and love always
