Dips 2x8 + 10kg BW dips are off the cards now cant do them, shoulder doesn't like them, coach will adjust em

Solid easy bench session heaviest ive pressed this prep easy as, definitely a opener.. tomorrow we deadlift time to get 5plates a side 5 reds that is in powerlifting world (270kg) thanking
