It looks like this: 7am - oatmeal + 1 scoop whey 10am - protein bar 12-1230pm - 4-6 oz ground beef + 1/2 cup rice + 2/3 cup veggies 3pm - 8 oz chicken + 16oz milk 6pm - protein bar 8-9pm - 12oz chicken New pics up in a few minutes ...
