It's good. I like the banana cream better, but this def takes care of your chocolate cravings. It's pretty thick, so takes a little longer to drink.
 
It is good isn't in TSO, makes me feel like I'm being naughty! lol When of I'm a perfect little :verygood: LOL

I like to mix mine like a pudding.

Jan. 29th

Meal 1
Veggie greens, 1/2 grapefruit, 20g protein, 1/3C oatmeal

Meal 2
2 tbsp almond

Meal 3
2 whole eggs, 3oz carrots

Meal 4
25g protein, glutamine, taurine, 1 banana

Meal 5
1/2C egg whites, 1 spelt bagel

Meal 6
5g fiber, 23g protein, 2 tbsp almond butter

Workout Back, rear delts

T-Row 3 x 8 (25lbs)
Widegrip pulldowns 3 x 8 (75lbs)
Seated cable rows 3 x 8 (70lbs)
Back extensions on ball 3 x 12
Reverse pec dec 3 x 8 (65lbs)
Rear delt standing cable row with rope 3 x 8 (75lbs)

Cardio was 30 minutes

DB Seated curl 3 x 8 (15lbs)
Straight bar pushdowns 3 x 8 (65lbs)
Straight bar cable curls 3 x 8 (35lbs)
BB extensions 3 x 8 (35lbs)
21s for biceps BB (25lbs)

20 minutes cardio
