Not suprisingly, I've lost most of my gains since I haven't been hitting the weights. I've done mostly mountain biking, surfing, and swimming, and here it is (this is to serve curiosity more than anything).

At my peak:

5'6 186 10% BF
Bench max 300x1
Squat 545x6
DB Shoulder Press: 110x8 (my favorite)
Deadlift: ? I tore my meniscus before I got to try this. Believe it or not, I aggravated my knee getting up off the mat wrestling, and injured it when doing a dip w/o weights.

After I injured my knee, I suffered a AC Type II separation in my shoulder. It's healed but is not as strong, and I doubt it will ever be. This was at the end of my 2nd 8 week Sust cycle.

Now: I've pretty much settled to my natural weight.

5'6 158 8% BF
Sports have helped keep my BF down, which is around 15% sedentary. I went through a period of constantly feeling weak, but feel perfectly fine - besides people at the gym telling me, 'wow, you've lost alot of weight'. No s*it, I'm aware of it. However, I don't have any mood swings anymore, something I was really prone to while lifting.

Interesting to hear, thanks for posting. Sounds like you've done a great job keeping your bf so low. Any interest in getting back into lifting? You've already made the first step - by joining Elite :)

So how much weight are you lifting in those lifts now?
