2.5 year break results

My lifts are around 80% of what I could do on-cycle before my injuries. I'm looking to train for an additional 10-12 months before I start back on, but my choices are mostly deca or sust. I've done 3x 8 week sust cycles; first at 250, second at 500, third at 500 then 250 for the last 2 weeks. All have been followed by 3 weeks with clomid of varying amounts. Those cycles were done over a period of maybe 1 1/2 years.

My goal is 170-175 at around 9%. I'm thinking of a cycle like this:
W1: 250 Deca 500 sust
W2: 250 Deca 500 sust
W3: 250 Deca 500 sust
W4-8: 500 sust
W9-11/12 50 clomid

That is the worst cycle I have ever seen. Run them both for 10 weeks and run more deca. Most fo the deca I have seen is either 200mg or 300mg so measuring 250 would be a bitch. Run 400mg of deca and 500 mg of sus for 10 weeks. 3 weeks after your last shot start your clomid therapy.
