17 days and still don't have my full order from NTBM

Placed an order on 5/26. I ordered n2amp ancient strength and Nublend protein. 3 days later I received the n2amp and ancient strength but no protein. I emailed and was told my 2 different people that it was shipped separate and would arrive in a few days.. well it's 6/12 and still no protein.. I've emailed again and gotten no response.

anyone here help me? im a loyal ntbm customer just getting a little frustrated.

the nublend is out of stock bro. its as simple an explanation as that.

be patient or just call up lindsay and get a refund if you don't want to wait

no reason to get frustrated, the system will let you buy something out of stock sometimes that is back ordered. thats on the website geeks, not the customer service team
 
I ordered HCGenerate 3 days before my trip to Vegas last weekend. They said 2-3 days so I figured it would come the day I left and I wouldn't get it til I got back. It came in 2 days and it is THE BEST product I've ever bought. Hands down. I hope you figure out what went wrong, but I've had no problems with the ordering process and they e-mailed me back when I wrote to them so it was probably human error. E-mail them. They'll get back to you.

That's not what I was told. I was told it was shipped and would arrive in a few days. If I pay for something and get told it's on it's way I expect to get it. its as simple as that.
 
N2BM is a reputable company, they generally do not have errors like this. However, with that being said things like this happen some times.
