12% to 7% BF in 4-6 weeks NO MUSCLE LOSS

SLICED

New member
Just wondering if its possible to drop your BF% from 12 to let's say 7 or 8% in
4 - 6 weeks time WITHOUT losing ANY muscle?

Obviously Diet is the key ingredient here butwhat drugs that would help prevent catabolism? Maybe a 2 on 2 off cycle of clen with Winny, Tren and Test Prop in the mix for 6 weeks to obtain this goal work?

I would like to know how many of you all have dropped taht much BF%'s and not lost any muscle in the process and what steps you took to do that...

I have an ectomorph body structure so losing weight won't be a problem for me, but I want to keep as much muscle as possible in the process.

Thanks

Well I would think more than 2 and at most 3 lbs a week would either be fat and water or fat and muscle. It more of would be the fat and water followed by the muscle...No matter how you did it...

5% bodyfat in 4 to 6 weeks? Setting yourself on fire might work.

Even if you eat right, do plenty of cardio and take the right drugs this is still unattainable without a considerable loss in muscle??

Why do you need to do this? Why are you putting this kind of pressure on yourself? Make realistic goals and stick to them for maximum efficieny. Personally, it's when I start setting the bar way too high that I start to dislike training and am not having fun anymore.

nathan's post is spot on.
be realistic with your goals, 1%bf lost a week would be difficult, especially when you drop into single digits, but 5% over a 10 week period may be attainable.

Exactly!
Setting unacheivalbe goals only sets you up to be dissappointed, and when you don't reach that goal your confidence goes out the window!
