Hey Brothers today was back day pull day had a strong session lifting heavy with ease today good sleep and good carbs. Done extra reps for safety reasons. Took the mrs she did cardio. Then we had pho soup for lunch date after our work out. Was a good start to the week with @Raptor Labs and @Raptor Rep.
