qt....you should invite the homeslice here so he can field questions about his gay 600 pound squat from all these guys who clearly squat more than that on sundays for reps.
He talks about the shoes in a leg video on MD, I believe. He liked them so much he sought them out for sponsorship.

when you can put up half of what he puts up....wait, no not even then can you talk about his choice of gear. Bottom line is he nor anybody that makes their livelihood in the way he does is going to get under 600 pounds with footwear that destabilizes them or are distractingly uncomfortable. They did not approach him....he approached them, count on it.

as jacked as the dude is he's not even close to being a top tier pro. Why would vibram want to sponsor a guy who isn't winning any top level contests? And again....nobody is getting under 600 pounds with gear they are not comfortable with.
