Ummmm don't the manmade religions teach what the bible says? I mean, surely christians don't just make this stuff up as they go along? Do they?

You mean to tell me that what I was taught every single sunday until the age of 21 was not accurate? And that I passed on this inaccurate information to my sunday school classes when I taught them?

There have been multiple theories about the babies and heaven/hell in this thread. I have heard all of them prior to this. So either christian religions are "making stuff up as they go along", interpreting the same passages differently, or using certain passages in their teachings that mirror the values their religion teaches while ignoring others.

Go check out the bibliography of these subjects in your college or ask for some specific counselling from a lecturer or professor. However, if you are looking for a broader understanding of these subjects there might be plenty of medical school books in your university library, mightn't it?

IMHO they all make it up as they go along, picking and choosing what suits them, when it suits them which is why I choose not to hang my hat on any of them. Which church is right? Which one is wrong?

However, whenever anyone jumps all over my eternal soul and decides that they are more right in this life when they think they can do whatever the heck THEY WANT while I am going straight to hell because I choose to exercise free thought, it is THAT PERSON that very quickly develops the problem. You are functioning under the assumption that this boy is even enrolled in some institution of higher learning somewhere.
