You have to understand that what got the ball rolling on the hushmail isue was that they were after this one particular individual and couldn't figure out how he was doing his transactions. Then when they figured it out that it was through encripted e-mail. Then they knew where to go. The bad thing for "dipshit" was that he was too lazy to activate the java applet. This is how they got their probable cause to search furthermore. Which then turned into "raw deal".
There is something "key" here which should put some minds to rest here.
FEDERAL. I've mentioned this before. They have a criteria to meet at a federal level. In eccess of $100,000.00. THAT'S WHY IT'S CALLED FEDERAL. They will only go after the top guy. Unless they have proof through his records that you are recirculating. Get it? They do not have the man power to go after every single customer.
