Today was pull session and legs tomorrow, I will make a video as best I can showing me do my first 6 reps that are on the heavier side before I do the remaining 20+ lighter weight high reps. I try to perform a count of five from top to bottom and back up.

Todays pull exercises, my back is really sore I get the feeling lifting in a gym can increase motivation.
Biceps were hard, swollen, veins exploding, I wanted to do another set of finish curls but was totally trashed, going heavy then high reps is so totally sick and twisted, I really enjoy it.

I want to say that this cutting cycle has motivated me tremendously to improve upon my diet overall, better time under tension and other  forms I am learning and a general goal of wanting to gain some more size( chest and thicken up my back).
