Approved Log Vacation Cutting Cycle Log - Anavar, Testosterone, Primobolan

If I keep reps high I am dropping some weight but I finish hard with last few reps. If I bump weights a little I can hit 30. Is there a benefit to go heavier weights first then drop weight and finish with higher reps? Holding for pause on each contraction.

@man05 you should go high weight to start 6 reps and drop to low weight for 25-50 reps

I’m shooting for 8 heavy pulls then dropping to a lesser weight for 30-50 reps with great control and a total of 3 sets if I can get that done. I pressed bench heavier than I have in a few weeks, I can certainly feel it as a result that not the higher reps simply caught up to me.

primo won't give you more sweats then other steroids like tren.
 
ask them at the gym what temperature they are keeping it at because you're sweating I'm sure it'll answer your question
 
any steroid can increase your sweating it's very possible

Leg destruction achieved. Not having been in a gym for years I really appreciate the mirrors they are very motivating for me and helpful on form. Will be buying two pieces of glass in a week or so.

Squats felt powerful and great even on last set where I could barely get back up on the heavy’s. I sort of over did it on heavy reps doing up to 12 then dropping plates and crushing another 25-30 reps. Quads have grown nicely past few months, can’t wait until I can work my chest this hard with power. Squats and sumo wore me out pretty good the RDLs felt strong as well. Today I’m going to try to do 100 walking lunges just for giggles.

Great job man. I also find a 23g needle to be best. 25g works too but I just find it too slow to inject.

Stretching back out, hamstrings as well.
May be a family drive to the other side of island today( my mother in law just demands things) today will more than likely be a rest day leaving me the final 4 days as training days.

No smoking just constant, “ are you going to keep eating”, “ why are you so hungry”, constant questions, not picking, fun stuff like that. We roll over to a condo this afternoon so that good and it’s closer to the gym. All I want to do is play with my girls, lift, eat, sun bath like that.

Just back from 5am push session, looking in the mirror it looks like I’ve grown some, getting more defined. I’ll take some pictures tomorrow in gym and then a few before I leave.

Today was pull session and legs tomorrow, I will make a video as best I can showing me do my first 6 reps that are on the heavier side before I do the remaining 20+ lighter weight high reps. I try to perform a count of five from top to bottom and back up.

Here you go doing warm ups but this is my pace regardless of weight. Gyms getting busy and I feel odd filming with hot women around.

I hope this is okay to hotlink, Mods sorry in advance if not allowed. I was not able to condense the video enough to post. This is warming up at 135 I went up to 265lbs x6-8 reps then dropped plates to 185 at same pace, was hammered by start of 4th set and only got in 17 high reps at 185. Leg extensions destroyed my legs after I did sumos, rdls, hip thrusts and calf raises. I will get a better physique shot today in shorts. I feel leaner and am actually getting cold easier and the water of the ocean felt cold to me.

I will try to rig the phone to capture chest tomorrow or I can do a better video Monday when I work chest. Based on my development and macros I’m wondering if push, pull, legs is optimal for my genetics and build versus the bro split or another change in workout? Something to consider moving ahead.

yeah I don't overtrain the shoulders it's easy to do that when you're doing inclines
So after inclines maybe drop the reason front deltoid raises, mai rain rear deltoid work and stay on the light end of lateral deltoids? I’ve been doing 6-8 15-20lb reps the. Dropping g down to 10-15lbs for 20 or so lighter reps. I’m getting striations on shoulder when I lift and flex.

Can you walk me through this?
I’ve been doing heavier reps of 6-8 followed by higher reps for about a week. It’s a good experience, I get that heavy fatigue of pushing heavy then a solid burn and pump on the lighter weights, best of both worlds sort of.

Do you mean 6-8 reps and 4-5 sets?

Whey isolate- egg whites post workout shake,2 small banana before lifting.8oz grilled chicken with cheese two low carb tortillas, made quesadillas to eat on the go super hungry after legs, always.Egg white and protein shake, on the go meal.Grilled ahi tune, grilled vegetables and fruit, ate about 1/4 C of total rice on plate. Very clean meal, great flavor.Double grass fed burger, no fries, ate 1/4 of the bottom bun.Ghost whey isolate before bed.

Good to see squats. But go all out on ONE. Not 3
Wednesday I will record a full set in the garage, start heavier, drop plates and push out 25-30 reps lighter until my quads explode, like that right?

Also on Hatfields do you believe a regular safety bar is optimal or is the possibility of picking up a like new kabuki transformer the most versatile option , I found one almost half price.

Don’t laugh, my poses suck, I will practice these going forward. Overall I recomped okay, got leaner, gained some definition and muscle. But overall it’s not where I want to be. I’ve been reading a ton on Physique class and that’s a direction I’d like to possibly pursue given my frame and genetics. My chest is weak as piss and my back needs to grow more, it all needs to grow( diet( Whole Foods, way less shake), training I need better methodology and when to tweak sets/ reps, smart cycles( this was my first complete cycle bulk and cut) cutting by far is so rewarding for me, so challenging. Overall I’ll give myself a pass not a high pass but passable( not where I want to be). Massive thank yous to each and everyone of you guys for pushing, encouraging and helping me press on. I look forward to 2024 and doing all over again.
I had a hard time flexing quads still swollen from yesterday.

I will update Monday after I do push routine.

Thanks man, think I can push primo 8-10 weeks.
I gotta learn to pose better. I have a hard wall on the inside of my pecs that pops when I turn, not sure how to show that.

I’ve been researching that next cycle once my body is ready. I’d like to throw out what I’ve been reading up on Tren E, Equipose and test.

We have time to formulate this. My goal is to gain 10-15?lbs this year, diet, hard work, smart training and smart cycle.

I gotta say it , I love primo!!!
 
if you have your mindset on using tren then why not
