I'm with you on this one. I'd send her away for his time plus her own time. She'd never see the light of day if it were up to me.

A good friend of mine was in the navy stationed somewhere in Cali. One night he took a girl home from the bar and went back to her place. Both were drunk as Hell. He said next he knew some guy just came in. Her boyfriend supposedly was suppose to be out of town or working or whatever. So she immediatly called rape and for help and a fight insued. He fucked the dude up and took off buck naked with clothes in hand. Hopped in car and headed back to base. Monday morning he said the MPs along with some city police came up to him and arrested him. He caught a rape charge, assault charge, dishonorable discharge, and 3 years in military prison. Nothing he could do and fighting that guy just made him look more guilty even though he said he was just defending himself.

jury's fault for the guilty sentence. they should be shot for being idiots. and the DA who seemed to know the accuser was lying, well she should be disbarred and then tortured.

no purpose in jailing the lying bitch who said she was raped at this point; all it would do is discourage future liars from 'fessing up after the fact.

the real problem is a justice system that would throw a dude in jail just because a girl said she was raped.

Not sure. I didn't get to talk to him until years later when he got out and moved back home. I found out from his parents what had happened and that's what they told me then. He said the same thing later when he got out that she got caught fucking around and cried rape. As far as witnesses it wouldn't matter cause even though they left together she can go almost all the way and then change her mind and if he followed through that would be rape.
