Would you prefer a practitioner, therapist, doctor to have....

All I can do is laugh at 99% of the people working in and around the medical community. I have zero respect for any of them save maybe for ICU/emergency and surgeons. The rest or crooks, lairs, scum bags, or puppets for drug companies. People badly want to believe that the medical community has even the slightest care in the world for them or a shred of decency left. They want to believe that , and its said if they really do.

Sick people are their only customers? The more sick people the better business is.

Remember though, you might have a biased sample.

The bodybuilding community is vastly ahead of the medical community on AAS and related compounds. There's no contest there.

Also, you deal with a disproportionate amount of fit people. The medical establishment is geared toward the mean and lower mean of people. If you are a fitness and diet nut, many (most) of the establishment doesn't know what to do with you.

So when it comes to that 54 y/o congestive heart failure patient with a family history of coronary artery disease who refuses to lose weight and exercise, they're surprisingly good -- especially considering what they are starting with.
