12 weeks out is coming up shortly, and i'm going to be starting my comp diet. my caliper measurements are abdominal 9, chest 4, thigh 10. not sure what bf% that is, as i feel some of the formulas can be off. regardless, i'd like to throw a plan out there and let some of you guys suggest ways i might be able to improve it. i'll be doing a 7 day a week modifying carbs/prot the whole way. fat will be kept low throughout, ck breasts, whiting filet etc.
day 1: 200g carb/ 300g prot
day2: 150g carb/ 300g prot
day3: 100g carb/ 350g prot
day4: 100g carb/ 350g prot
day5: 50g carb/ 400g prot
day6: 50g carb/ 400g prot
day7: 20g carb/ 400g prot
start over at day 1
i'll be waiting tables 4 nights a week, so this will more than accomodate cardio. i'll be lifting 4-5 days a week. i'm 5'9" 220lbs. any help is greatly appreciated.
