CKD 1 carb up day or two??CKD good with cycle??

Guys I hvae read many different things about when to carb up on a CKD diet some say two others say one...I am 5'6 180lbs what do you think I am going to start an fina and anavar cycle on monday can I do a CKD diet with this.I was planning on doing fina 75mg ED and 20mg of anavar weeks 1-4..or should I cycle it a different way??????
