Got a few questions that I want clear up because I keep finding contridicting advice.
Just a background, 6ft, 204lbs, 4 years training, 21.
I am currently running a cycle of forged extreme mass - 2 tablets a day, 6 weeks.
1. How much milk thistle should I be running daily (currently running 600mg)
2. Does amount of milk thistle change varying on PH etc beastrol, diesal etc
3. Would forged post cycle be suitable as PCT for most PH e.g diesal, beast etc
IF someone could clear this up for me would be super appreciated
