Thanks ladies- I am TIRED of being sick. First the tummy thing, then this cold. When I FINALLY felt like my workouts were getting back - damnit.

Good thing today - 2 people told me I looked like I lost weight. ;) YAYAYAYAYAY
 
Wednesday, January 3rd

*Feeling little better, but very tired - hard to sleep well when so congested. Mood is great today though. Was planning on going to the gym to run tonight, might do elliptical instead though. We'll see.

1/4c Skim Milk, 3/4c Water, splenda, cinnamon
1 scoop BSN Cinnamon Roll --> Put this in CoW, BARF. I barely could finish it, had to chase it with water every bite. BARF BARF BARF, won't do that again.

5oz Chicken breast (I can't remember if I packed 5 or 6 oz ..... oh well)

1 breadstick (from Fazoli's) ;)

1 bag fruit snacks - the gummy ones, 100% juice (around 80cal? something like that. meant to keep a bag to FitDay it, but left it at school. Going to look on calorieking.com for a comparable one)

3 mile Run - in 37:20 (average about 12:26 a mile)

*FABULOUS WORKOUT-felt awesome after.


*Been eating a lot of throat drops/cough drops. Also drinking a few glasses of Airborne each day. I know these all have calories and carbs in them - but in all honesty, I am NOT going to write down each time I have a freaking cough drop.

I got my AF stuff today - YAY YAY YAY ;) I am so excited, I want to take everything RIGHT NOW.

So starting tomorrow, I will start logging my supps too. I am not planning on AM cardio tomorrow - but I might take CB just to see how it feels. lmao. I am so happy. :)
 
Thursday, December 4th

* Great News ;) I fit into a pair of pants I have not wore since pre-pregnancy. ;) The waist was a tad tight, but still comfortable. Yay. Pants are a size 8, but I think they are a tad large 8. When I am a 6, they swim on me, so I think they run a little bigger. Who cares - they fit. ;)

* Not-so-great news :( Period came today. Whatta pain it is! Ya know?

* So-so news - still feeling pretty rotten, throat is scratchy, very congested. Not working out tonight. Had great run last night though, so I am okay with it.

SBD Frozen Dinner chicken thingy. Not sure what it was exactly, found it in my freezer - said what they hell. lol It was okay - decent macros, crazy high sodium of course. 9g fiber - that is good. Might be worth it for me to pick up a few for those "last minute things".
SUPPS - 1 Sesa, 1 Gluc-R

* YES, that is it today so far. I am STARVING. Today has been SO freaking BUSY. I think I sat down for about 10 mintues today - even ate standing. No excuse, I know .... BAD DAISY. :(

Friday, January 5th

*Feeling little better today, will rest up this weekend and hopefully be 100% by Monday.
*YAY ME - fit into another pair of pre-pg pants, they fit real good. :)
*Weighed myself for first time in about a week - weight is pretty stable, but I am likely holding a lot of water due to my period. Not that worried - obviously I am losing something since I can fit into smaller pants again.
