Body fluctuations

This may be a weird question, but does anyone else notice that their body definition fluctuates? It seems like just a few day ago I had more definition in my abs and today not as much. I have to wonder.. did I do something wrong? Not enough water perhaps? Are ther cartain foods that bloat ( like green beans? )

I am no expert yet I notice that if I do not take in enough water, my body retains whatever it gets...
Also if I eat starches it swells...I think they act like a sponge, or so it happens with me.
I try to drnk my weight in oz...i.e. 120 lbs, would be 120=5 24 oz. water bottles...
I do not do it consistently and THAT is a problem...flower kind of dies...

General comment.....look back in your diet log - were there any odd carbs - or higher amounts of them

Carbs increase water retention

Mine does daily... based on water intake, carb consumption, cheats, & training & womanly visitors :)

Green beans bloat you, hmm interesting. :)

Looks like others just about have it covered.

Green beans have caught up to me before as well as spinach & broccoli -- there you might want to consider using digestive enzymes (you can get cheap at GNC --- called "Digestive Enzymes") or Beano.
