Hi girls,
After all the hard yards for comp prep, I made it through. Placed 2nd in the State for physique. I'm pretty proud of that acheivement if I must boast for myself. I really thought I wouldn't make it due to having bubs, and trying to juggle everything else. My Hubby came to my saviour and took over everything that needed to be done so I could focus totally on deit and training. My new trainer lived up to her word and purely hammered my ass just to make sure that I would make it and it worked. I have never been so pushed and tormented as she had done to keep me on track. But it all paid off with a second placing. I now qualify for the Nationals. Not sure if I will do it this year as I am pretty tuckered out and in dyer need of real food.
