Training Schedule Help??

I am wondering if anyone can point out some flaws in my below training schedule - or just make any general recomendations. My goals are not to become huge but to be in overall good shape with some muscle mass.

Weight Training - 3 times per week (6-10 minute warm-up before training)

Brazillian Jui Jitsu - 2 times per week (1 to 1.5 hours with warmup)

Monday - Brazillian Jui Jitsu
Tuesday - Weights - Back, Shoulders, Forearms
Wednesday - Brazillian Jiu Jitsu
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Weights - Chest, Biceps, Triceps
Saturday - Weights - Legs, Abs
Sunday - Rest

Any glaring errors??

Glaring errors? Well first you should be doing Tae Kwon Do instead of jitsu. j/k;)

If you can, I would add in an extra day of weights and do.

Chest/Tri
Back/Bi
Legs/Abs
Shoulders heavy, heavy by themselves

I think you will enjoy the extra strength in the shoulders in Jitsu by doing them heavy by themselves.

Of course, this only works if you can work in the 4th day of weights. Since shoulders would be by themselves, that should be the added day and should take you less than an hour to do. Make sure you have at least 2-3 days between Chest/Tri and Chest

To tell if anything needs to be changed, I would need some other info.
1. What weight exercises, # of sets/reps are you doing for each body part
2. How does your body need to change to meet your goal (need to lose fat, build up your chest, waist to big, etc).
