Weekly schedule thoughts

so here is what I am planning for the next month.
I want it kind of do a schedule to keep me honest when I go and work out
I was thinking that I would do Monday Wednesday and Friday weight training
Tuesday and Thursday cardio
then Saturday an alternate weight training and cardio back and forth week by week
Sunday is my day off where I don't do any type of exercise. Is this a good plan?
The main thing is consistency. The plan is decent if you ask me. There are several different splits you can find online and everyone will tell you one is better than the other. Most all are effective as long as you push yourself. I like to switch things up every 3 months or so. I also try to listen to what my body is telling me so if I need a rest day to recover I take one.

Not a bad plan, I would add more cardio days
and at least 1-2 days of rest with yoga
