Ok stats: 5"9 79kilo 22yrs old 14.5%BF

Goals: To bulk up to 90kilo+ if possible and then shred some BF :D

Cycel: 1-10 Sus250 @ 500mg per week
1-4 Beastdrol @ 30mg per day
8-10 Albuterol @9mg per day then bumped up to 18mg per day

D-Aspartic Acid
Big Blast

My Workout routine will be a Push, Pull and Legs

Push:
Bench Press/OHP
Incline Dumbbell Press
Shoulder Press
Chest Press Machine
Skullcrushers

Pull:
Pullups/Chinups
Front Lateral Pulldown machine
Lat Pulldown
Chest Fly Machine(squeeze motion lol?)
Bicep Curls

Legs:
Squat/Deadlift
Leg Press
Leg Extensions
Crunches

Currently doing 1 day fasted cardio on sat morning.

My diet will be roughly this(ill post proper amounts soon)

Meal 1: Pancakes/Oats, 4 boiled eggs
Meal 2: Chicken breast, brown rice, piece of fruit
Meal 3: Steak, brown rice, piece of fruit
Meal 4: Tuna, brown rice
Meal 5: Steak and Veggies or Pasta
Meal 6: Tuna/Nuts/Protein Shake

Meals 2,3,4 eaten at different times depending on the day.

Always in search of better exercises or food.

Hey bro looks like a nice start with a good program too.
IDK what your rep scheme is but I would suggest that you keep it in the range of 5-8 reps. That way you get strength and strength = mass.
For your knee health dump the Leg extensions and sub in Front Squats. Much much better for your health in the long run and bro you only get one body to work with.

On to your program,
Push:
Bench Press/OHP
Incline Dumbbell Press
Shoulder Press Ok I am not being a smart ass, but what is the diff between Shoulder press and OHP?
Chest Press Machine I would loose this and put that energy into my Bench Press and Inc Dbl press bro.
Skullcrushers

Pull:
Pullups/Chinups good here but alternate every other workout.
Front Lateral Pulldown machine Maybe wanna loose this and put in heavy ass BBL Rows from the floor.
Lat Pulldown
Chest Fly Machine(squeeze motion lol?) Loose this and do Face Pulls for your traps.
Bicep Curls Go as heavy as you possibly can here with good form. Cheat on the last 2 or 3 reps of each set. Also alternate every other workout from dbls to a bbl.

Legs:
Squat/Deadlift
Leg Press
Leg Extensions LOOSE THIS SHIT CUZ IT WILL HURT YOUR KNEES FOREVER!!!!!
Crunches

Currently doing 1 day fasted cardio on sat morning.
One day of cardio really isnt gonna do much for you bro, its too far inbetween to make much diff.
Try this, do very intense cardio, and I mean ALL OUT for 10 minutes 2x/week. This means 10 mins non stop no breaks.

Ok I feel this polishes out your program pretty nicely. So let me know your thoughts and lets kill this shit!
 
Hey Zed thanks for the reply.
OHP is with a barbell(Military Press) and shoulder press is seated with dumbells.
Today for my push day I did:
Bench press(going for 3x5) last 2 sets I could only do 4 reps(fail)
Shoulder press 3x8-10
Incline dumbbell press 3x8-10
Skullcrushes 3x8-10
I'm goin alternate Bench press with military press, you think thats alright?
That a good push routine?
 
agree with Zed and add 1 & 1/2 pack of jello to your shakes for joint support and some krill oil
 
Ok for my pull day I did:
Pull ups (8x1,6x1,5x1)
Low Rows (2x10, 1x8)
Lat pulldown (3x8)
Face Pulls (3x10)
Bicep Curls(1x10, 2x8)
10mins run @ 12kph

Pretty much all to fail.

Thanks radar, what's jello? U mean jelly? Lol

Kinda like jelly........I buy gelatine you use it to solidify foods in baking etc it's unflavoured but you can also use sugar free flavoured jelly experimenting with different flavours in your shake varies the taste saves you getting bored lol:supercool
