HAS ANYONE USED THE POWER BLOCKS OR QUICK CHANGE DUMBELLS. DONT HAVE A LOT OF ROOM IN MY HOME GYM, BUT THOSE THINGS DONT TAKE UP ANY SPACE AND GO FROM 5 TO 85LBS. SOUND TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.

What do you mean by Quick Change Dumbbells?

I bought a set of SmartLock dumbbell handles a while back from Fiitness Factory Outlet, www.fitnessfactory.com They are expensive but there worth it! They automatically lock the weights in place so they can't slip off the handle in the middle of a set. You can strip them down when not in use so they don't take up allot of space but they can go up to 85lbs

I've been thinking about getting some myself. My brother-in-law just got a set of them (powerblocks) but I haven't had the chance to try them yet.
