College Student Needing Help

I am a 20 year old male, weighing about 220, and about 6,1. I have quite a bit of baby fat around my neck and waist and am looking for a good workout to mainly help me get cut. I am allready on a high protein diet and would appreciate any suggestions as far as working out.
 
Check out the training methods sticky at the top. There is a lot of really good training methods for you to check out. Find one that you like, add in cardio, and keep a close eye on your diet and you should be all set. :)
 
I can help you with the neck:

Lie down on your bed, with your neck sticking out the edge. Then slowly raise your head about 45 degrees hold it for a second and bring it back down parallel to your body. Do about 3x20 and you will feel your neck burning like crazy the next day.
