Yet another test tomorrow. How can I lower my testosterone levels overnight?

I've already scored a 270 something last time, but now the PA wants me to take another test before referring me to the endo. He wants me to get the test done first thing in the morning, even though I told him I did the last test at about 8:30 am. I guess if I do it at 7 am I'll be at 500 or something.

I'm so sick of these tests. How can I crash my levels overnight? I think lack of sleep will do it, so I'm planning on getting like 4 hours of sleep tonight. I'll wake up at about 4 am and get the test done at 7. Will running lower my levels? What about starvation? Will I get lower results if I skip dinner and breakfast? Is there anything else I can do?

I found this plan:

1. First, he limits his sleep to no more than 4 hours each night for 3 to 4 days before his blood test.

2. Then he will fast for the same 3-4 day span eating no food and drinking only water.

3. The athlete also deprives himself of any sexual release through intercourse or masturbation for these 4 days.

4. The last and most interesting step to his plan is to take one of his girlfriend’s birth control pills 12 hours before the test. Taking a female birth control pill the day before a blood test should temporarily raise estrogen and/or lower testosterone.

Will this work overnight? Should I skip the test tomorrow and show up the next morning after little sleep and fasting for 36 hours? Well, maybe not full fasting, which is not realistic in my job, but very low calories. What about the birth control pill? I think I can sneak one from my wife, will it actually help?
