new here, thinking bout trying a cycle soon. keep writing those comments guys, learning a bunch.

38 yo, newly divorced, 5'11",155lbs, lean. looking to get larger and defined.
 
155 at 5"11 is way light.... my cousin is 5'7" and 150, and hes a twig. You dont need a cycle.. you need food... lots and lots of food =P
 
not really a bodybuilder yet, but i have a lean tight muscular body. 10 years in the making. btw, not rushing into spending $ on scammers, thanks to you guys and the direct talk. research research, then search.
 
u need food and lots of it. high protein and high clean calories, you shouldnt touch any gear anytime soon
 
How much larger you looking to get? I am your height and we are about the same age. I am 37 5'11" 225. Post up some pics so we can see where you are at now. At that height I would say you can put on alot of mass.
 
you need to first give the food a go, you will want to see just how many clean callories it will take for you to start to gain weight. If you are doing cardio now or activities that are strong on cardio, cycling, etc. you may need to limit those to see where you are first.
Also, it you haven't found another girlfriend, do that, it may take the weight off you about trying to get a different body...

I would say a low dose test only cycle wouldn't be bad for you. You are light and going natty with good diet is a great suggestion, but a low dose test only cycle with a super diet damn sure won't hurt you at all. At 38 the test will make you feel like a new man. You don't look bad in your pic. Little more mass and harden up, you'll look good.
 
Great advice. Will begin looking around for the test. Really appreciate the help, guess I will need to sign up for platinum now, and keep up in here.
