Bp is high but nothing alarming .. Definitely cut back on sodium the fact that your heart rate is so fast at a resting state is abnormal and is not good .. Defenitly get some blood work done .. I would just cut out the winny for now if I was you . No one can give you a definite answer you need to go for an evaluation
