Divorce? no, no, divorce is out of the question. she will come around, she's acting the same way as the time i came home with a new sportbike. Because I did not tell her about it she did no talking, no dinner, no SEX, no nothing.. Two weeks later she was riding on the back seat.. I dont feel i have to ask for approval.

And I would seek restitution for your stash by taking enough of her wardrobe to the gently used 2nd hand store to get back your $1200 right away. That way she can be pissed at you for 2 things at the same time until she gets over it(as you predict she will). She'll also think twice about destroying your stash a third time since she'll know it will result in a huge dent in her wardrobe. Be sure to cash in on a lot of her shoes. Chicks spend an assload on them and losing them will make her feel like you did when you found out your stash was history.
