Yeah tried that...and yours is very much like hand sanitizing gel? I just couldnt believe how it rubbed in so quickly...figured it would be much more like lotion..

This is one of the best traits about forma, in my opinion. It rubs in and dries lightning fast, so the user doesn't have to wander around shirtless waiting for it to dry LOL

I agree with ya there man. Formastanozol is the shit, and its very versatile. I always keep a few on hand myself

I've hit cardio within an hour after application and never had a problem. It dries very quickly so it shouldn't be an issue. Just be sure to wait a good 6 hours before showering after dosing. Dosing immediately after a shower is actually best for absorption
