I have recently begun using it again as I had stopped for some time. Started lifting weights again and the dumbbells have made my carpal tunnel act up more than it normally does. The skeletalbalm has helped tremendously and I am grateful that I have it on hand!
 
This stuff is great and thanks need to I recently hurt my wrist a few months ago and balm along with a wrist wrap help me through.
