All restrictive housing covenants have been null and void since the 1960's. It's human nature to segregate our selves and choose to live around people that look like us. Those old covenants only codified our instincts, but flew in the face of equal rights under the law, e.g. if you could afford to live some place then you should be allowed to do so.

But human nature the way it is; the abolition of restrictive housing covenants caused 'white flight'; 'cause folks just want to be amoungst them selves.
