Which is worse at the gym? Cell phone or eating donuts?

Man, donuts and the gym go hand in hand! After downing a few Krispy Kremes I am extremely motivated to hit the cardio machines!

The mobile has to be the worst.
They are banned where I work but someone always tries to walk-on through with one.

The only thing worse would be someone using a mobile to order a dozen doughnuts.

The ultimate head scratcher though for me are people who go for an intensive workout, over an hour, and then go outside for a smoke. Why do they even bother trying to improve their body. It's just pointless.

the cell phone pisses me off though. when i was at a commercial gym (very short period, i got pissed on the trial membership), they'd leave their phones around the squat rack. i mean, if i had dropped a plate on it, i'd have to pay for it too..

They probably figured that no-one uses that area when you have nice, shiny machines to do real exercises on without getting all sweaty and grunting.

I have no problems with anyone feeding their face in the gym. I might get annoyed with someone's eating a plate of fish and chips or a fresh pizza but only because it'd make me want some.

Kian, I never figured out the handful of people standing around a gym entrance puffing away on the cancer sticks, either. Again, I don't care unless I have to walk through them to get away.

I don't even care if someone stands in the squat rack for an hour talking on the phone so long as I've already finished with it. God, I'm so laid back today.

If I had a home gym, I might get pissed at people popping in just to talk on the phone or eat doughnuts and have a ciggie. That'd be just too much.

I would have to say cell phones. I just don't see how someone is getting the most out of there work-out when they are talking on the phone. If you are pushing weight like you are suppose to be doing you wouldn't be able to hold a phone and talk while reppin that shit out.

only time i ever used my cell phone in the gym was once or twice...i snuck out to the gym while working and had to take my phone just in case.....but the gym was empty it was me and one or two other people

i have no problems with the cell phone thing as long as he/she goes off to the side and talk, and the doughnut thing would be hilarious to me...

what i DONT like is when the fat hairy guy stands butt ass naked in front of the mirror in the lockerroom and shaves... at least put your damn towel back on
