Where can I buy a machine (cheap) that KILLS The forearms?

I need something that gives massive hand strength, and with which the level of handstrength can be measured objectively.

I saw this thing in a gym once where you twist a bar with a cable on it, pulling a stack of weight upward.

Where could i buy such a thing?

Wrist rollers. There's nothing better for forearms.

You can go to Home Depot and make one for about $4.

Could you please explain exactly what those are?

Make one?

Do you basically take a piece of pipe, attach a cable in the middle, attach anti slip material on the pipe and attach weight to the cable...

but that way... you're lifting the entire thing the whole time.

What im talking about is, the grip cant move. It can only rotate.

Thats exactly the specific kind of grip strength i need.

I made one years ago, not nearly that complicated.

Bought some 2" thick dowling from Home Depot, about 24" long. Drilled a hole in the middle and ran some rope through it and tied it off. Attached a metal clasp to the other end and tied a 10lb plate onto it (trust me it doesn't take much weight at all). Cool thing is you can do these at home too if you like. I used gallon plastic juggs instead of plates, trying to add water each time.

Arms out in front of you, roll the plate once up, once down. You'll be screaming by the third set.

Love the old school stuff like that. I think the one I made is still in the garage somewhere. Might just dust it off.

I'd be willing to bet your grip and forearms would get stronger doing it my way than if you were to simply us a static roller attached to a machine.

Just my opinion.
