I'm not trying to be a dick bud, but your making it too easy. You have no biz on AAS with that diet. I'm willing to bet your training sucks as well if you squat less that 315. That's a 2k/day I'd guess, which is fine if you want to add in cardio and start cutting.
I understand not having time to eat at work, but ANYONE can squeeze in some shakes. Cereal is fine in the morning , but add some eggs and meat.
breakfast: 8 eggs, sausage/bacon with cereal
shake with milk
Lunch: fast food, think 3-4 hamburgers and fries with milk, not pop
shake with milk
dinnner: as much food as you can cram down
shake with milk
This is as simple as I can get for someone in a crunch. This is maybe 6k calories if your eating a ton during the three meals. Good luck to ya.
