Whens this great feeling supposed to come?

monopoly thanks and everyone else but monopoly isnt that real fatty diet you just described? i mean i by no means am a good eater and suck as far as diet but i do try to stay away from fatty foods shit i eat like that and i`ll have a chest spreader in me in no time with a quadripple bypass :) but i understand what your saying thanks guys i`ll keep ya updated and kick up the calories...

I didn't say to eat like that 24/7, but if you want to gain the weight, you have to eat the food. 90% of us can't gain weight without massive calories, and to get that many calories you have to eat some shit. Your excuse was that you don't have time, so I posted something that is easy to follow. If you want it cleaner, you'd need another 2 whole meals in there with much more prep time all the way around.

You are going to gain some fat, deal with it, it's part of the bulk. Enjoy the ice cream, eat a whole pizza. These are some of the many benefits of being on.

Just to chime in.. I am taking sus as well, 500mg/wk, injecting mon/thur.. I am now on my 4th week, and I am noticing my sex drive firing through the roof, and my workouts are starting to feel A LOT BETTER... now, My diet isnt very good, but I eat a WHOLE LOT OF FOOD, whether it be the healthiest, probably not, but I do eat a lot, well over 4k a day... Thats what I was told.. eat eat eat, even if I am not hungry, make sure you get the protein and calories...

Your on the right track bro. When you feel like puking. Eat some more. Your body will be able to use the extra calories because of the extra test in your system.

Oh yeah, when you come off and start PCT, keep on eating. Actually you'll need to up your caloric intake to keep your gains. Alot bros make the mistake of dropping calories and diet because they are off gear. Big mistake. You'll lose it faster than you got it.

I'm not trying to be a dick bud, but your making it too easy. You have no biz on AAS with that diet. I'm willing to bet your training sucks as well if you squat less that 315. That's a 2k/day I'd guess, which is fine if you want to add in cardio and start cutting.

I understand not having time to eat at work, but ANYONE can squeeze in some shakes. Cereal is fine in the morning , but add some eggs and meat.

breakfast: 8 eggs, sausage/bacon with cereal

shake with milk

Lunch: fast food, think 3-4 hamburgers and fries with milk, not pop

shake with milk

dinnner: as much food as you can cram down

shake with milk

This is as simple as I can get for someone in a crunch. This is maybe 6k calories if your eating a ton during the three meals. Good luck to ya.
