what's right for me?

Hi ladies! I'm planning on going back down to mexico pretty soon and going to the pharmacia if you know what I mean. Last time I went I got phentermine and it has done me some justice. I know that diet and exercise is an important factor no matter what . I would like some advise on how I should go about investing my money this time.
