Lower back and leg pain

ever since I did a heavy day of deadlift my lower back and legs have been in pain
they aren't in pain enough for me to go to a doctor or anything like that but I can tell there is something off if you know what I mean. maybe my legs are just overly sore or something. is there a supplement that I can take to help with this because I want to get back into the gym soon

do some yoga and stretching
in terms of supplements you can use joint support with fish oil and some topical creams for pain
 
time off and yoga try it
