What to do wit this gear

I am about to start my second cycle and i have just got my gear from Thailand.
My stats: 180lbs 190cm high ca 13 bf%. I train 4 times a week, one bodypart a week and hard training.
How much off all this should i take, i have nolvaldex on hand if something should go wrong. The sustanon is from Pakistan, i hear that its a very good sust. I dropped the idea of combining this with deca, last time my sexdrive was low, dont want to try that again.

Please give me an example of a cycle with theese drugs.......!

clomid 100mg/day weeks 13

Sorry, I didn't see that. If u've never used them before 30mg/day for weeks 1-6. If u've used them before 35-45mg/day or just play it by ear if they work well for u.

I think Maxx has got you pretty fixed up. I would save the proviron for use with your clomid therapy or for another cycle.
