I gotta write some articles for the you'll-believe-anything-you-hear "fitness" mags.

I'm thinking about one on "retro training" -- you gotta drink a gallon of milk a day, do 25 sets per body part and train each body part 3 times per week. (And you need puffy pants!)

I'm sure Joe and the boys will run it with vintage photos of 70's bodybuilders.

Oh, almost forgot the "Bulgarian Recovery Program" where you get really hot in a sauna and then jump in a cold river over and over again to get the blood moving and increase recovery time.
