If you do San Shou Rules you shouldnt need any more Boxing training . Just work more on your San Shou .
Unless you just plan to compete as a Boxer , that is . The only differences are that you will set up things differently when you AND your opponent CANT use your legs at all , and its actualy kind of a Detriment on the Street (still WAY better than nothing though) . Its fluid and Flows together from Kicking to Punching to Kneeing to Elbowing to Standing Grappling to Throwing to a FEW "Go-To" Ground subs that you can slap on in less than 30 seconds (Ideally less than FIVE sec) . Boxing dosent really add anything , even from a Conditioning standpoint . Like I said , if you want REAL Conditioning , do Capoeira .
