Not for weed. I've been caught 3 times. Once with some weight and was in county jail for an hour. I got one probation with NO drug tests and some community service. I also had a gr8 attorney and live in a county with many worse criminals than some hippy who sells a little weed. One of my uncle's friends sold 8 oz of coke to an undercover informant and they had it on video and he walked using the same lawyer. He ended up getting in more trouble later on but it still on the streets now with 4 felonies including an A and B. LOL he's got an honor roll felony record.

There is a big difference in possession and in dealing. Deal once and get caught and you may walk. Keep on doing it, and you will eventually do jail time. My ex-bf's brother did some serious time for dealing weed in Florida. He got out and is doing it again. I think he did 3 years.
