I'm eating each other 3 hours, so I explain, I have cutting diet plan, I wana fat loss.
I wake up at 1 AM

1.meal at 2 AM
2.meal at 5 AM
3.meal at 8-8:30 AM...this is before workout
at 10 I going work out
at 11:30 finish workout

4. meal at 12:30
5. meal at 2:30
6. meal at 4:30 - 5 PM

at 5 - 5:30 I go sleeping

my question is if is not long time between meal 3 and 4 if I don't speed down my metabolism.? And one more question when I finnish workout after cardio when can I take protein shake...must I wait some time or I can use it immediately after????
 
You want a plain whey shake IMMEDIATELY after weight training. After cardio, it doesn't really matter. Some say don't eat immediately after, others get really hungry if they don't eat.
 
Question:
I am 25 yrs old, 5'5", 140lbs, approx. body fat 22%.
tried Clen, hated it. On 20mg anavar and 5mg proviron per day for 3 weeks. Have not seen much change. Any suggestions? Can get winny, nolva, do not want to inject.

20mg? Are you sure about that? Per day or per dose?

Have you considered a good old fashioned diet and hitting the weights heavy and hard?

velvett is right... I was wondering too about that dose, it seems too high for not getting any results
