What do you think about my four-day split below

why Tuesday and Thursday off?
Take Sunday off and then work out on one of those days instead
you're only 25 years old you won't figure out the best workout for you until you're in your 30s at least
this type of workout is okay but you have to move things around to best suit you
it depends on what kind of volume you're doing on each day to determine if it's a good workout or not
I’m 25 years old and I’m trying to figure out the best strategy for me going forward to build up a nice body
I came up with a four-day split routine and I’m wondering what you guys thought about it
sunday: chest/triceps
monday back/biceps
tuesday off
Wed legs
thursday off
friday abs, calves and arms
looks solid bro
